What this work is
Succession is rarely one decision. It is a series of smaller ones — about ownership, authority, and who knows what — that tend to be postponed because there is no natural moment to begin them. This work exists to give that moment a structure, so the questions can be addressed while there is still time to consider them properly.
Why it matters
When knowledge, signing authority, and key relationships sit with one person, a company's continuity depends on that person remaining available indefinitely. Setting out what happens otherwise is a practical safeguard, not an admission that something is wrong.
How the work is organized
Readiness Review
An outside look at how prepared a company currently is for a change of leadership.
Continuity Document
A short, usable record of who acts and what happens if a key person is unexpectedly unavailable.
Handover Coaching
A private session for the person taking over, or the person stepping back, on the practical side of transition.
How it works
You write, briefly, about the situation as it stands. There is no form to fill in.
A short exchange establishes which of the services fits, or whether something else is more appropriate.
The agreed work is carried out over the scoped sessions or review period.
You receive a written document or report you can keep, revisit, and update.
